Terms of use
These terms explain how you may use Mooning.meme to discover, create and trade community tokens. Last updated 28 September 2026.
Using Mooning
By clicking to connect a wallet, create a coin or trade, you agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy notice. Mooning.meme provides a website for viewing token information, preparing launches and interacting with Solana programs and third-party liquidity pools. Access to a feature does not mean that a token, pool, reward, lock or transaction has been confirmed. Check the current on-chain state and the transaction shown by your wallet before signing.
Use the service only where you are legally permitted to do so. If you connect a wallet or submit a transaction, you are responsible for the wallet and the instructions you approve.
Tokens and user content
Creators are responsible for the names, images, descriptions and other material they submit, and for ensuring they have the right to use it. Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content, impersonate another project, or use the service to mislead buyers. The content rules explain what is prohibited and how to report abuse. Use the copyright reporting process for copyrighted material. Mooning may remove a listing or restrict website access when needed to protect users or the service. Removing a listing cannot reverse an on-chain transaction.
Public launch details and transaction records may remain visible on Solana even if website content is changed or removed.
Trading and your wallet
Mooning does not promise a token's value, liquidity, profitability or ability to sell. Prices, estimates, charts and balances may be delayed or incomplete. Orders can fail or execute at a different price within the limits you approve. Network fees, pool fees and other applicable costs are shown separately where available.
Keep your recovery phrase and private keys private. Mooning support will never need them. You are responsible for reviewing transaction instructions, addresses and network costs in your wallet.
Risk disclosure
Community tokens are highly speculative. Review the token, pool and wallet transaction yourself before committing funds.
You can lose the full amount you spend
Token prices can move sharply or fall to zero. A listed token, visible chart, lock plan or community feature is not a safety certificate, endorsement or promise of returns.
Liquidity and selling
A pool may have limited liquidity. Large trades can move the price significantly, and there may be no buyer when you want to sell. A liquidity lock can restrict withdrawal of specific LP assets, but it does not prevent price declines, all forms of manipulation, or every contract risk. Distinguish a planned lock from one confirmed on-chain.
Creators and other traders
Creators and holders can buy, sell and transfer tokens. Listings and descriptions are provided by their creators. Whitelist access controls who may buy during a gated sale; it does not guarantee a project's quality or future conduct.
Contracts, networks and third parties
Smart contracts, wallets, Solana, RPC services and liquidity venues can fail, change or become unavailable. Network congestion and transaction ordering may affect execution. Price and market data may be stale or omit trades made outside Mooning. Check the token mint and live pool on an independent explorer.
Transactions are difficult to reverse
Once a transaction is confirmed on-chain, the website usually cannot reverse it. Never share a seed phrase or private key, and be suspicious of anyone offering guaranteed recovery or returns. For help with a Mooning website issue, use support.
Third-party services
Solana, wallet providers, RPC providers and liquidity venues such as Raydium and Meteora operate separately from Mooning. Their availability, rules, fees and privacy practices may change. Links to them are provided for convenience and do not guarantee their services.
Availability and changes
Mooning may change, pause or discontinue website features and may update these terms. We will post the current version here with its update date. On-chain programs and transactions are governed by their deployed code and network rules; a website change does not rewrite past on-chain transactions.
Questions or concerns can be sent through wallet-connected support. Review the privacy notice and the risk disclosure above as part of using the service.
